Only issue is the names I received are First letter Capitalized, and the rest are lowercase, instead of the all CAPS that is shown in the sample. For example Alexis instead of ALEXIS, so make sure you write the name how you want it.Comes with a cool necklace holder with a nice little quote on it, and the back includes how to take care of the jewelry (cleaning etc).Also the chain links are actually cool, kind of rectangle and includes 3 little loops towards the closing clasp so it seems like you can actually adjust the length of the necklace.My mom loved it.
